How long does it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery dates will be noted on the product's page (3-4 business days)  and checkout. Orders would ship the same day if the customer placed the order till 2.00 p.m. (PST)

RETURNS: 

• You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, customer service team by writing to us at visionboard31@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. 
• Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. 
• For any requests for refund, you must contact our customer service team customer service team by writing to us  visionboard31@gmail.com  including details of:

2. your geographical address;
3. the order number and reason for request;
